I enjoy Hank Williams music, but didn’t know much about the entertainer. That is until I saw Hank Williams Revisited, a tribute performance by Nashville Recording Artist Tim Hadler.
Taking you through Hank’s early career to his untimely death, Hadler sings Hank’s big hits such as Your Cheatin’ Heart, I’m So Lonesome I Could Cry, Hey Good Lookin’, and many more, including songs from Hank’s alter ego, Luke the Drifter. Along the way he shares bits of trivia, myths, and legends about Hank Williams, what Hank did for country music, and how his career continues to influence the music industry and artists today.
Tim Hadler is an accomplished musician in his own right. He has played the Grand Old Opry, opened for Little Jimmy Dickens, Jack Green, Stonewall Jackson, and others, and has appeared on TNN’s Crook and Chase and Presley’s Country Jubilee on RFD-TV.
Open during Hot Winter Fun in Branson, Hank Williams Revisited can be seen at the Little Opry Theatre inside Branson’s IMAX Entertainment Complex with shows daily during January and February except January 21-26. March through December performances are Friday through Monday.
